I have really been enjoying this site. I found it by googling great pyrenees dog breeders. My husband and I moved from your area to live the country life in Snellman. We started our little farm with a henhouse full of chickens... Something wild ate them and I was terrified to begin again. My family wants to restock the hen house, but I think one of your pups may be just the right place to start. Thank you for the information you have provided. I am going to be a regular visitor!

I was looking for bread recipes for my Universal Plus (and Wondermill) and stumbled across your site.
Tried your whole wheat bread recipe. It's wonderful. When asked how the bread tastes, I say "it's addictive it's so good".
Might be the ingredients (honey and fresh ground wheat berries) but I thank you for putting this recipe (and web site) together.
I would only add: a baker (me) needs to use an instant read thermometer to ensure the loaf is cooked to 190-200 F. I found your 20-25 min was too short for the 4x9 loaf pans I used. I added 10 min (30 total) but I believe that is ONLY because my loaves were different size/weight than yours.
THANK YOU!!

Hi Sarah and Bob,
Nice web site...I have been raising alpacas for several years and am moving my farm to an area known to have coyotes. So, I am considering getting some Great Pyrenees guard dogs. I have some friends that have them and swear by their loyalty and guard ethic. Very good info on your site. Thanks...

Thank you for your wonderful website! I found it when searching for Sacco carts...what a blessing to be steered this way! We are a Christian family who recently moved to a 6-acre farm with the vision of starting a ministry for families with disabled children to come relax and work with the animals and the garden and enjoy a bit of "normal." Your story is inspiring...bless you!

I was at work and just looking up info on the great pyreenes puppies as my female dog just had a litter of 10. I am so much enjoying you site as my husband and I dream of being as self sufficient one day as possible. We are both from the city but 18 years ago moved to a little 2 acre place and thought we had died and gone to heaven. I just wanted to say hello and one day when I have more time, I will write more.

I stumbled upon your website while looking for Pyr puppies. I would first like to say that your dogs are are beautiful. I would love to take one home. Your website has been a very encouraging. I myself desire to live the sustainable lifestyle. It is a blessing to see your love for God. There are a lot of homesteading websites out there but yours is the only one to show appreciation for God and all of his many blessings. I pray that the Lord blesses you and your family because you have been a blessing to me.

LOL I think this will be an awsome dog. And your webpage had a lot a lot of helpful tips and tidbits about the dreed. Ya'all rock
